Best suited for couples who have kicked-off their wedding planning with GUSTO! They’ve secured the venue of their dreams, booked (most of) their vendors and now, they want to make sure not to lose speed as they near their wedding day. Wedding planning is full of choices left & right, opinions, decisions and deadlines… we want to CHEER you on and be the wind (aka relief) beneath your wings!

• Design consultation + review of current vendor contracts

• Vendor recommendations & assistance with remaining vendors needed

• Monthly check-ins to review overall wedding checklist

• Visit venue(s) (up to 2)

• Timeline & logistics plan to coordinate with vendors

• Final communications & confirmations

• Ceremony rehearsal coordination

Wedding Management & Coordination

We’re grateful to have had the opportunity to work with a number of wonderful venues throughout our state. Some truly do offer clients great support & guidance from the get-go and therefore, leaves a perfect window for our team to jump in with clients during the final months of preparation. We are very intentional about which venues we offer this package for, mostly since they are venues that our team is very confident and comfortable with - thus, offering our clients the same confidence!

Wedding Weekend Experience

Our planning packages do not include full support of the events surrounding the wedding day - such as rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, after-parties, farewell brunches, etc. For the couples that WANT IT ALL!
