Some truly do offer clients great support & guidance from the get-go and therefore, leaves a perfect window for our team to jump in with clients during the final months of preparation. We are very intentional about which venues we offer this package for, mostly since they are venues that our team is very confident and comfortable with - thus, offering our clients the same confidence!

Event Management & Coordination
BEGINS 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING
Best suited for couples who are movin’ & grovin’ through the wedding planning process… Then, as the wedding countdown inches closer to the double digits, they’re looking to pass the planning baton and know that nothing is going to fall through the cracks.
Our team is ready & waiting to jump in with both DANCING FEET! First course of business is to recap all the couple’s hard work and ensure we can see the day through their eyes - then, off we go to building a cohesive vendor timeline and tackling all the final preparations while you focus on the fun!
Initial planning meeting to review booked vendors, contracts & vision for the wedding weekend
Detail meeting to review and provide guidance for decor & design components
Develop a timeline to ensure seamless flow & execution for the wedding party, guests and all vendors
Manage final communications & confirmations
Coordinate ceremony rehearsal
Serve as personal assistant to couple (Day-Of)
Execute timeline and all logistics; coordinate vendors (Day-Of)
